Honda F22 Engine Garolite Throttle Body Spacer
This 1/2 inch thick intake spacer works with Honda F33 engine vehicles. The spacer is installed between the intake plenum and the throttle body.
Since this spacer can fit on hundreds of combinations (vehicles, makes, and engines), please verify that there will not be any clearance problems arising from moving the throttle body out one half inch.
The cooler throttle body will also help keep the power level stay more consistent. Most cars feel slightly sluggish on very hot days, or after a lot of stop-and-go driving. Part of this is because of the intake air becoming warmer. These spacers will help stop this power loss. This works even better in combination with blocking of the throttle body coolant line (if applicable).
I recommend buying an extra stock gasket from your local parts store, and sandwiching the spacer between two stock gaskets. RTV or equivalent sealant can also be used.
